Kids Yoga
Children are faced with many distractions and stimulations on a day to day basis. They become more and more dependant on technology and medication as new apps, shows, and medical research come out. As their dependance on these things increases, their ability to self-regulate decreases. Yoga offers a gentle and fun way to teach kids to regain control of their own bodies and minds, and develop a sense of self-awareness.

Among other things, yoga can help kids to:

manage and exert their energy in a healthy way

recognize that they can control their bodies

develop self-awareness, body-awareness, self-regulation, and self-confidence

take part in a non-competitive group activity and build up self confidence

Each kids yoga class is tailored to the level of the yogis within it and is guaranteed to provide all the benefits of a yoga practice as well as a fun experience for all.
